Programme of Events for 2010 Session

Date London East of Scotland

Unless stated otherwise meetings start at 18.00hrs and are held at the Institution of Civil Engineers, 1 Great George St., London SW1P 3AA. .

Tea is served from 17.30 hrs.

Unless stated otherwise, meetings start at 18.00hrsand are held at DNV, Cromarty House, 67-72 Regent Quay, Aberdeen AB11 5AR.

Tea is served from 17.30 hrs.

In the event meetings are oversubscribed, priority is given to OES members.

Following the growth in the number of capacity OES meetings it is necessary to detail how priorities are decided in the event of oversubscription.  EARLY REGISTRATION IS NOW RECOMMENDED.

In the first instance priority is given to OES members, co-sponsoring organisations and speakers organisations that have registered at least 3 working days before the event.  If further prioritisation is required this will be based on the order of registration.

Unfortunately we have experienced a number of people regularly registering for a meeting and then not attending.  This may deprive others of the opportunity to use the space.  Therefore all those registering for an event and subsequently unable to attend MUST advise the OES Secretary AS SOON AS POSSIBLE to allow release of the space to others on the standby list. Failing to do this on two occasions may lead to withdraw of the ability to pre-register for OES meetings for a period.

In all cases the meeting Chairman's decision on who attends the meeting shall be final.
